Let me Introduce you to the Muscular System
Did you know that the Muscular System serves three major purposes? One of these purposes is to produce motion. Without the muscle in our bodies we would be a blob on the floor. Muscles help us carry things such as our bodies. If we had no muscle we wouldn't be able to walk, run, jump, or even move. The second function of the muscle is to create stabilization. As I said before, without the muscle in our body we could not stand. The bones are not strong enough alone to hold our bodies up, so whenever you stand, you know the muscle is at work to stabilize you and keep you from tipping over. The third function or the muscle is to generize heat. The heat is created in a process called ATP (Adenosine TriPhosphate). This is the transfer of energy from one location to another. When this happens the muscles create our body heat.
